Requirements:

• Azure Support specialist working for an MSP for multiple years
• Deep Azure technical knowledge
• Ability to enhance skillsets of others around you by leading from the front
• Attitude of no job to big, no job too small' - Get things done to a high quality!
• Set standards by your actions uplifting others in team
• Promote excellence and positive culture - as company policy
• Work alongside Dev/Service Delivery teams ensuring SLAs hit and high customer satisfaction
• Be an escalation for support team when/as required
• Supporting Architects and Consultant with their project work when needed

Technical skills:

• Azure IAAS/Azure PAAS/Azure SAAS
• Bash & Python
• SQL, MySQL
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert beneficial (or desire to do it)
• IAC - Terraform, GitHub Enterprise
• Cloud Security
