Title: Senior Java Fullstack Developer
Location: Zurich
Contract Length: 12 Months
Rate: CHF 110 per hour

Are you a Senior Java Fullstack Developer who thrives in the financial sector and loves working with the latest web technologies? If so, our client in Zurich is looking for someone like you to join their dynamic team on a 12-month contract. Must be German speaking!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take an active role in the DevOps team, driving the development and maintenance of modern web applications using client-side technologies (TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Cypress) and Server Side tools (Java, Spring Boot, Oracle/MS-SQL/Postgres, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, Jakarta EE).
• Collaborate with the team to build new features in a fast-paced, Scrum-based agile environment.
• Help define system requirements and work with the team to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Work closely with the business department to create and refine detailed requirement specifications, then bring them to life with the team.
• Support and enhance existing solutions, ensuring smooth operation within the DevOps framework.
• Use your technical expertise to analyze, design, and develop banking solutions focused on investment-oriented customer communication and investment reporting.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and web technologies like TypeScript, Angular, and Cypress.
• Solid experience in relational databases (Oracle, MS-SQL, Postgres) and frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
• A passion for problem-solving and developing innovative solutions in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German (both spoken and written), with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
