Lead Technology Analyst (Freelance)

Location: Brussels (Hybrid - Ideally 1 Day On-Site per Week, Flexible)

French and Dutch skills would be useful but not mandatory

Duration: 6-Month Engagement

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technology Analyst to bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. In this role, you will lead workshops, conduct interviews, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. You will also manage an analyst team, drive best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends to improve processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

• Independently conduct interviews and lead workshops to gather insights from business stakeholders and technical experts.

• Identify business needs and functional requirements, translating them into feasible IT solution proposals.

• Guide and manage the analyst team, ensuring high-quality analysis, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving best practices.

• Develop and present business cases with clear, data-driven justifications for proposed changes and initiatives.

• Stay updated on new methodologies, trends, and technologies to enhance processes and solutions.
