This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on LLMs, NLP, and MLOps . What You'll Be Doing: Building & Scaling ML Pipelines - Deploying and managing production-ready ML models. Working with LLMs & NLP - Text mining, unstructured data processing, model fine-tuning. Redesigning & Extending a Key Product - Transforming an existing Text Mining solution . Shaping AI Engineering & MLOps Strategy - Creating scalable ML solutions in AWS. Thriving in a Start-up Environment - Operating with autonomy and minimal oversight Technical Requirements: ML Engineering Expertise - Strong Python skills, solid understanding of algorithms. NLP & LLM Knowledge - Model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval systems. MLOps & AI Engineering Experience - LLM pipeline abstractions, deployment best practices .
