Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Chatbot Technical Analyst to join our team in Mechelen, Belgium. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to support, optimise, and enhance AI chatbot and Gen AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of chatbot solutions across both SaaS and on-premise platforms, such as Amelia, PEGA, and AEM .

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI chatbot and Gen AI solutions.
• Work with development and architecture teams to design, configure, and implement chatbot solutions across SaaS and on-premise platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI chatbot solutions with existing enterprise systems and digital platforms.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of AI-powered conversational interfaces, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor chatbot performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure chatbot solutions adhere to enterprise policies and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for development, deployment, and support teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI, Gen AI, and chatbot technologies to drive innovation and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language skills: Proficiency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical analyst or similar role within AI chatbot or Gen AI projects.
• AI Chatbot Expertise: Hands-on experience with chatbot solutions such as Amelia, PEGA, and AEM .
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS and on-premise chatbot solutions, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
• System Integration: Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, and customer service platforms.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Experience with analytics tools to track chatbot performance and user interactions.
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and IT architects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models.
• Knowledge of automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Scripting or coding experience (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
