Database Administrator and Developer | £45K - £50K | Leicester (Hybrid)

Our client are a innovative financial institution in Leicester, who are seeking a Database Administrator and Developer to join their Data Services team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining both traditional MS SQL Server environments and Azure Data Services. You'll manage data system security, perform essential maintenance, and contribute to key transformation projects.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a DBA and Data Developer within the Microsoft stack
• Proficiency in TSQL, SSIS, SSRS, stored procedure development
• Experience with Azure SQL, Analytics, and Dataverse (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to reverse engineer Legacy data structures
• Adaptable mindset and relationship-building capabilities
