Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the HR domain to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is remote and based in Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kronos, UKG Workforce, and Time & Attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements related to HR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in HR systems.
• Provide expertise in Kronos, UKG Workforce, and Time & Attendance systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Ensure alignment of HR systems with business goals and objectives.
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce.
• Expertise in Time & Attendance systems.
• Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
