A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join our Oxford based client on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Summary:

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate and enhance the provision of outstanding customer service, enhance operational effectiveness, offer cost-efficient services, provide pertinent and punctual information, and assist the business by implementing straightforward, user-friendly, and efficient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing applications support function for users across a range of business applications

* Own the management of one or more critical business applications through their life cycle, co-ordinating and managing upgrades for these.

* Troubleshooting complex incidents and service and change requests through appropriate channels.

Attributes/Skills:

* Proven expertise working with NetSuite.

* Experience of working on projects.

* Expertise in SQL & Data
