DevSecOps Engineer | Leading Consultancy Client | Long-term Contract Role | Hybrid Working

I'm currently working with a leading consultancy client as they are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer for a project with one of their largest clients.

Job Description:

JFrog Xray Management:

Monitor the health and performance of JFrog Xray instances, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Implement and manage Xray policies, watches, and repositories to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

Security and Compliance:

Conduct regular artifacts scans to identify vulnerabilities and other security risks.

Collaborate with security and application development teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.

Integration and Automation:

Integrate JFrog Xray with Harness CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories (eg, JFrog Artifactory).

Work closely with development teams to embed security checks into the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Incident Management and Troubleshooting:

Respond to and resolve incidents related to JFrog Xray, including performance issues, scan failures, and integration problems.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation for JFrog Xray configurations, processes, and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of JFrog Xray.
