IT Manager -South of Edinburgh

Are you a technical, hands-on IT Manager looking to lead a small but dynamic team in a growing business? We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Manager to oversee IT operations, drive innovation, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced environment.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing and leading a small IT team, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Being hands-on with IT infrastructure, networks, and security to ensure seamless operations.
Overseeing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and implementing IT strategies.
Working closely with stakeholders to align IT with business goals.
Ensuring data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

You:

Strong experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
Previous experience leading or managing an IT team in a technical environment.
A hands-on approach - this is not just a strategic role; you'll need to get involved technically.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Skills:

You must have excellent technical skills and experience orientated around MS technologies, 365, AD, Exchange, IIS Lan and general networking appreciation.
