Job Description:

Join a team responsible for delivering a stable and secure database platform that supports critical applications. This department consists of multiple teams, each with a specialized focus area. As part of the Data and Automation team, you will engineer solutions to meet regulatory requirements while integrating them into the existing infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a key role in defining and driving automation strategies for the Oracle platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Python and relevant automation technologies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure best practices for software deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Continuously improve existing infrastructure and automation frameworks.
• Mentor and guide team members in automation best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proficiency in Scripting and automation using Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
• Ability to navigate both high-level strategic planning and hands-on technical problem-solving.

• Extensive experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Azure DevOps.
• Preferable experience with ArcSight, Splunk, Qualys, LDAP, Python, and PyTest.

• Background in an operational IT environment.
