Skills and Experience

• Solid experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or working into the Education sector or related industries
• Able to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across the following:
  • Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS
  • Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Managed WiFi, Firewalls and Routers)
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure (including Intune and Mobile Device Management)
  • VoIP phone systems
  • Windows Server 2016+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, SCCM, Backups, Hyper-V and VMWare)
