Role - Senior Salesforce Developer

Location - Northampton (Hybrid 2/3 days a week)

My client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their Agile scrum team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer with solid experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (or strong core Salesforce experience) to work closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business transformation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lightning components, Apex coding, triggers, process builders, and Visualforce, with experience designing and building scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. My client values proactive team players who are comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and staying up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations.

Key Technologies & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Components, Triggers, Visualforce)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud (case management)
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, and configuration
• Proven track record of delivering solutions that improve business efficiency
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is essential
• Financial Services Cloud experience is highly beneficial
• Bonus points for exposure to Azure DevOps, Einstein, and telephony integrations
