We are looking for an ISIM Architect to join the IAM team, focusing specifically on ISIM. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IBM ISIM and help design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions across a range of projects. This is a key role that involves working with both technical and functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of IAM solutions.

As an ISIM Architect, you will work closely with other architects, developers, and testers to ensure that our IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and meet the needs of clients. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of quarterly releases and ongoing sprint-based tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design IAM solutions using IBM ISIM as the primary platform.

• Lead and support the implementation of ISIM in various IAM-related projects.

• Collaborate with other team members to define and implement best practices for IAM architectures, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Work with the Agile Scrum team to deliver IAM features and functionality in 2-week sprints.

• Support the integration of ISIM with other IAM components, such as ISAM, and third-party applications.

• Design and deploy Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and other authentication mechanisms using ISIM and related technologies.

• Ensure continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes are followed for IAM solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, analysts, and other team members.

• Participate in quarterly releases and contribute to long-term IAM architecture planning.

Requirements:

• Experience with IBM ISIM (Identity Security Identity Manager), including architecture, configuration, and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML.

• Solid experience with custom Java development in IAM-related projects.

• Experience with IBM ISAM (Identity Security Access Manager) is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience in working in 2-week sprint cycles.

• Strong understanding of security best practices in IAM, including Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
