Citrix & Ivanti Administrator (L2) - Exciting Opportunity!

I'm recruiting on behalf of a key partner of RED Global for an experienced Citrix & Ivanti Administrator (L2) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to support and optimize Ivanti and Citrix environments in a dynamic IT setting.

You'll be responsible for providing L2 support for Ivanti Management Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, and Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Citrix Cloud). Your role will involve system configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with L3 teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ivanti: Installation, configuration, patch management, software deployment, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
Citrix: Infrastructure maintenance, policy management, troubleshooting complex issues, user access control, and performance optimization.
Work with cross-functional IT teams, escalate critical issues, and ensure system stability and compliance.

Proven experience in Ivanti & Citrix administration (L2 level).
Strong troubleshooting skills in Ivanti Management Suite, Endpoint Manager, XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler.
Ability to manage software deployment, patching, and system performance.
Certifications in Ivanti or Citrix are a plus!
