What You'll Be Doing:
Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality Back End systems that scale efficiently under high traffic loads.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams-including Front End developers, designers, and product managers-to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Optimize & Troubleshoot: Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance for high concurrency.
Innovate: Research and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.
Code with Excellence: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:
Backend Expertise: 3-5 years as a Backend Developer, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on PHP experience (Symfony is a plus).
Database Mastery: Strong experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases, and writing optimized queries.
API Development: Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL familiarity is a plus).
High-Load Environments: Proven ability to build scalable systems with caching, load balancing, and horizontal scaling.
Testing & Code Quality: Knowledge of TDD, BDD, unit, and integration testing methodologies.
Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Back End security best practices.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and debugging skills to tackle technical challenges.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Elasticsearch, OpenAPI, Kafka, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms
Background in event-driven architecture or payment system integrations
