Required expertise
1. Fundamental understanding and experience in Smart/Digital Building and IoT technologies and related implementations
2. Technical expertise in the areas of Digital Facilities Management, Wireless, Mobility and Sensor Technologies
3. Thorough understanding of and experience in the areas of Facilities and Buildings Management and Physical Security, and related applications
4. In-depth expertise in IoT, Scrum Agile discipline, DEVOPS, Cloud Technologies
5. Professional experience in the areas of Application Management, Business Change Management, Project Management, IT Security and Risk Management
6. Capacity to network, establish and sustain partnerships with a large variety of stakeholders and subject-matter experts on all hierarchical levels
7. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
8. Experience in BIM implementation and creation of strategy and guidelines
9. Experience with implementing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
10. Experience in implementing BIM in Facilities Management Operations (CAFM systems, like Archibus)
11. Knowledge in developing use cases and KPIs
12. Consultancy experience - ability to discuss at many levels
13. Experience in training
