UC L2 Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams, SIP) - Train in Microsoft Security, Dynamics Contact Centre!

Remote role.

A UC L2 Support Engineer (Microsoft Teams, SIP) is required by a leading Microsoft Partner and Teams Voice Managed Services provider. Work on enterprise Teams Telephony & Contact Centre solutions in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Required Experience:
L2 support in Microsoft Teams Voice (enterprise telephony & contact centre).
Teams Direct Routing & SIP.
SIP trunking & troubleshooting.

As a UC L2 Support Engineer, you will manage L2 escalations via ServiceNow, troubleshoot Teams Voice and AV issues, and collaborate with customers and vendors on solutions. You will also handle escalations to L3 when required and onboard new customers to Teams Telephony.

Work Schedule & On-Call:
Shifts are 8 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM, with on-call rotations: UC Team - 1 in 4 weeks, AV Team - 1 in 3 weeks. Additional overtime (O/T) for P1 issues outside business hours.
