The Role As a Linux System Administrator, you'll be part of the Infrastructure team, ensuring the reliability and security of critical systems. This role is perfect for someone with strong Linux administration skills, a passion for cybersecurity, and a proactive approach to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and responding to system alerts
Managing networking hardware, including Switches and Firewalls
Administering Linux Servers and ensuring security updates
Enhancing system reliability through automation and proactive maintenance
Troubleshooting networking issues in collaboration with IT and engineering teams
Managing backups and disaster recovery processes
What You'll Need:
RHEL based Linux
Strong experience in Linux system administration
Configuration management (Puppet, Ansible)
Solid knowledge of networking and Firewalls
Scripting (Bash, Perl, etc.)
Experience with network infrastructure (Switches, VLANs, Firewalls)
