Business Analyst - Card Data Reconciliation (Concur & S/4HANA Ariba)

Robert Half is supporting their client, a leading Global Consulting Firm, in their search for a Business Analyst (BA) specialising in Card Data Reconciliation within Concur and S/4HANA Ariba. This role will support a global consulting firm and their end client in managing large-scale card reconciliation processes as part of an expense system transformation.

Assignment Details

• Location: Warsaw (Hybrid - some remote flexibility)
• Duration: Initial 6 months (strong likelihood of extension)
• Hourly Rate: Flexible (Euros per hour)
• Start Date: ASAP, subject to onboarding (financial & criminal background checks apply)

Key Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in reconciling card data within Concur, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with S/4HANA Ariba migration.

Card Data Reconciliation & Expense System Transition

• Analyse and reconcile card data within Concur, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support the transition from Concur to S/4HANA Ariba, ensuring smooth data integration.
• Work with financial and technology teams to enhance expense data reconciliation processes.
• Manage large-scale financial data reconciliation, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Optimise reconciliation workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and document business requirements, process flows, and reconciliation strategies.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on Concur expense systems and reconciliation processes.
• Strong knowledge of Concur and familiarity with S/4HANA Ariba.
• Expertise in card data reconciliation and expense management.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform financial analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across finance and IT teams.
• Warsaw-based, with hybrid working flexibility.
