The Opportunity:
Change management and training play a key role in our SAP strategy, product portfolio, and business growth, driving our expansion from a traditional Back End service provider to a full-service digital transformation partner. There is a significant market opportunity to support existing and new SAP customers in achieving their digital transformation goals by integrating change management and project-based training services into our suite of tools.
As a Change & Training Analyst, you will support the Change and Training Manager by providing content input and assisting with tasks that contribute to the change and training journey on an SAP client project.
About you:
+ An understanding of Change Management concepts and methodology
+ A good understanding of SAP
+ General understanding of and exposure to organisational change
+ Able to influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management responsibility in a period of large scale change
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Able to coach & help others to help themselves
+ Able to quickly see through business processes, interdependencies & cross-country and functional perspective
+ High personal drive and very self-motivated
+ Experience and knowledge of user journey mapping and personas in the context of UX/UI will be advantageous
