Activities
Data load
Receive data from business and verify compliancy (challenge business if required), Adapt formatting. Use existing scripts for upload in SAP

Monitoring
Verify batch job execution during the night. Verify interface dashboard. Execute reporting and produce overview of business processes

The Possible evolution of the role:
Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time. Advise client using his/her expertise on SAP Plant Maintenance & Operations modules (DMS, PM/PS & WCM). Provide solutions, promote usage of standard SAP in relation to business needs, logic and processes

Product expertise
Expertise in SAP systems with strong eagerness to learn Plant Maintenance (PM). Able to analyse issues in standard customization or specific SAP programs. Able to understand client's expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP

Functional expertise
ITIL. Basic knowledge of effective change management process: Understanding the requirement and writing functional specifications, test all the changes (process, customizing), formal validation before put in production, documentation. General understanding of the enterprise functions and operational processes

Must be
Able to build and maintain the relationship with Business stakeholders within the enterprise and the functional ecosystem
Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
Service-oriented attitude.

This is an English-speaking project, You must also be able to communicate in Dutch or French as well as English.
