We are seeking a dynamic Analyst/Associate to join our Incubation, Acceleration, and Venture Team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Web3 start-ups through hands-on support in tokenomics, product strategy, fundraising, Go-To-Market and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Quant, Engineering, Trading) and external stakeholders (founders, exchanges, investors) to ensure our portfolio projects thrive in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on accelerator applicants, evaluating teams, tokenomics, GTM, and competitive positioning.
• Strong understanding of Web3 sectors (DeFi, AI, RWA, GameFi, Infrastructure).
• Manage client relationships, on boarding, milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Advise portfolio projects on fundraising, token launches, listings, partnerships and more.
• Craft tokenomics frameworks, GTM, and investor strategies for early-stage start-ups.
• Perform market research to identify narratives, chain-specific opportunities, and threats.
• Design and optimize workflows for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
• Build and maintain networks with Web3 founders, investors, and partners.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in Web3 VC, incubation, launchpads, or research.
• Proven track record in Web3.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Blockchain ecosystems and crypto market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Notion, Excel, on-chain analytics (Messari, Nansen, Dune)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for Web3.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
