Rapidly growing and PE backed manufacturing operation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing Accounting and Finance Department. This is a new position, along with other accounting/finance functional roles, that is being added to create a more robust team to support the impending growth, both organically and through acquisition.

This position will report to the Accounting Manager and perform various accounting tasks including GL entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, data requests for cash forecasts, budgets, and GL account audits, among other duties. This person will participate in forward-thinking analysis and generating management reports to scale the financial processes, participate in the implementation of a new ERP system, and join a Finance organization that is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Relative
• 2+ years' professional working experience
• Manufacturing and/or public accounting background
• GAAP knowledge
• Strong communication skills, self-starter, can work autonomously, detail oriented, and team oriented

Salary: $65-75K + Benefits + 401k + PTO
