SAP IS Real Estate

We are seeking a SAP IS Real Estate S/4HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP IS Real Estate solutions within the S/4HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS Real Estate within the S/4HANA framework.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
* Provide expertise in real estate management processes, including lease management, property management, and contract management.
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
* Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS Real Estate and S/4HANA.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Qualifications:
* Recent experience in SAP IS Real Estate and S/4HANA implementation and support.
* Strong knowledge of real estate business processes and SAP IS Real Estate module.
* Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* SAP certification in IS Real Estate and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
