Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Retail inventory planner to join an exciting supply chain team at a project at a global client in NL. You will be a part of a team that is looking to convert the demand forecast into purchase orders. Always trying to optimize commercial decision making, working with global supply teams. Requirements: * Analytical mindset. With a BIG PLUS: Excel (strong experience), Tableau and SAP * Commercial mindset with retail/supply chain background. * Strong communication skills; Proactive and quick learner. * Excellent verbal and written communication; effective engagement with diverse audiences. Responsibilities : * Strong analytical skills with a for reporting and data visualization. * Experience in supply chain, supply planning, or inventory planning roles. * Proven ability to drive clarity and prioritize business needs. * Understanding consumer and market needs, linking priorities to market trends. * Execute buy strategy across all supply chain models to balance inventory, revenue, and margin. * Address responsive assortment opportunities and maintain healthy ATP levels cross-functionally. * Ensure successful buying, planning, and delivery, promoting S&IP among stakeholders. * Partner with Inventory Operations to understand current inventory. * Independently resolve and address any issues affecting product availability or inventory health. * Identify and implement improvements for growth. * Monitor supply health and communicate with stakeholders, achieving WOS targets. As a Retail planner, you'll ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time and volume to meet consumer demand for premium stores across Europe. Responsibilities: * Capture market/store trends to maximize sales. * Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize replenishment. * Allocate products within target capacities. * Create reports for decision-making and stakeholder updates. * Support launch and marketing initiatives. * Determine optimal store/style/size allocations. * Minimize end-of-season stock and manage sell-through rates. Requirements: * Retail/Supply Chain experience in allocation/planning, (MPO) Merchandise Planning and Operations, Demand & Supply management, Sales, Finance, or Buying Coordination. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Commercial mindset, negotiation skills, self-starter mentality. * Ability to meet timelines and deliver commitments. * Proficient in Excel, MS Windows, Tableau; knowledge of JustEnough/relex system is a plus.
