Primary responsibilities: Working on the more challenging technical concepts and figuring out the optimal solutions for the whole customers CRM ecosystem with other lead developers. Participate wealth management business areas CRM transition towards group solution. Building a craftmanship culture in the development community, by leading and mentoring other developers. Maintaining the ecosystem development quality by helping other devs when needed, while setting the standards for other developers with best practices and ways of working so they can learn to help themselves.
