Highly experienced Project Manager needed by global broker to lead multiple workstreams across major transformation program.

This key role requires a highly structured and detail-oriented leader who takes full ownership, enforces accountability and proactively manages risks. A hands-on approach is essential, with a strong focus on tracking deliverables and ensuring each workstream is executes flawlessly to meet transformation goals.

Ideal candidate will have:

7+ years of experience in senior-level project management, in business transformation, consulting, or corporate strategy within financial services.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and sub-projects.

Proven ability to micro-manage teams and deliverables while maintaining a strong leadership presence.

Strong understanding of business operations, process improvements, and technology implementation.

Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced transformation environments.

PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience.

This role can be fully remote - location can be anywhere in CST and EST time zones.
