Atlassian Solution Architect

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Atlassian Solution Architect.

Key Requirements:

- Subject Matter Expert across Atlassian products I e. Jira, confluence.
- Knowledge of GitHub migrations will be advantage.
- In this role, you will immerse yourself in clients' IT landscapes, delivering tailored projects that leverage best practices to architect and optimize solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration guardrails eg use of API monitoring/EMP.
- Design decisions on instance structure/strategy eg one instance per area or one for client.
- Production of HLD High Level Design (we have made a good start on this as both Atlassian and GitHub provide reference architecture. Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices.

Key Skills:

- Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, Confluence).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Self driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies.
