We are in the process of transitioning our SAP IT operating model to a product-oriented approach. As part of this, we are seeking an SAP IDM Developer with administration expertise to support and enhance our Group SAP IDM solution. In this role, you will be applying a DevOps approach, focusing on the operation and ongoing development of our current SAP IDM solution. The primary responsibility will be improving the Identity-Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Support SAP IDM and SAP CIS: Collaborate with external SAP IDM developers to ensure the smooth operation of SAP IDM and SAP CIS systems.
• Development and Implementation: Design and implement new features based on the requirements from the "SAP Foundation & Security" product team.
• Advisory: Provide guidance to the product team (Functional Analysts/Product Owner) on technical requirements and best practices.
• Documentation: Document the technologies and solutions developed to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP IDM and SAP CIS (IAS/IPS).
• Identity-Lifecycle Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Identity-Lifecycle processes.
• Development Tools: Proficiency in using development tools such as Eclipse.
• Programming Skills: Experience in JavaScript programming.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Version Control: Familiarity with git.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Jira Experience: Experience working with Jira as a ticketing tool.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Languages:

• Required: English, and one of the following: Dutch, French, or German.

• Start: ASAP
• End: 31/07/2025 (with possibility of extension)
• Work Schedule: Full-time
• Location: The team is based in the Sablon and Empereur buildings in central Brussels, near Central Station. The role requires 2 days per week on-site in Brussels, with the option to work up to 3 days remotely. Occasional travel (2-3 days per year) to Berlin may be required.
