Overview: The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing AI-driven document generation systems using large language models & traditional Machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, coupled with hands-on experience in Python programming. Additional: At least 5 years' experience demonstrating technical skills in one or more following areas: Generative AI, machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, natural language vision or computer vision Proficiency in using Streamlit to create interactive and visually appealing web application Strong software development skills, including python and Scala. Experience with automation strategies (CI/CD etc) and containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker) is key. Understanding of knowledge graph concepts, including nodes, edges, and semantic relationships. Experience with tools and frameworks like Neo4j, RDF, or OWL for building, querying, and managing knowledge graphs. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications. Prior experience in Azure AI stack Knowledge of large language models like GPT, Claude, Gemini. Experience with version control systems like Git. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Knowledge of agents and multi-agent systems, including agent-based modelling and simulation. Familiarity with decision-making algorithms and systems that exhibit goal-directed behaviour. Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to optimize models and interpret results Experience of multi-cloud cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage. Azure as primary experience Demonstrated experience with data analytical approaches, and tools for understanding of data in support of scientific questions Proficient working in high performance computing or cloud environment Experience in translating requirements into fit for purpose models, processing designs, data mappings and data profile reports Experience in working relevant domains eg Pharma, R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The main focus should now be on Workflow Automation via low-code and Power Automate/Zapier technology. We are looking for someone with a software development background who just happens to have specialized in AI Workflow automation. We need people that are more focused on the programming side of the house, versus general office productivity. This team's job is to solve business problems and enhance business practices/transformation through the usage of Generative AI. This team builds AI applications for both attorneys and business professionals (globally). Both the Director of Software Engineering and Director of AI Engineering lead both the Legacy and new AI initiatives teams cohesively. This person's main responsibility will be to build AI workflow solutions for complex use cases that cannot be solves by generic solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience workflow automation, with hands-on experience in low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, UIPath, Zapier, or n8n.io. Proven track record of implementing scalable automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains and cost savings. Ex. Someone that builds workflows at an enterprise sized company, has experience implementing business solutions that have high impact across many departments, they should have experience leading this type of initiative. Strong understanding of automation life cycle management Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
