Director of HRSD Technology/Senior Product Owner, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, New Jersey, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

We are working with an International mass media and publishing company to recruit a Director of HRSD Technology to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

This role will ensure seamless integration and collaboration with Workday & other HRIS Tech Product Owners and will partner closely with the ServiceNow platform engineering team, which reports functionally to the ServiceNow VP but collaborates directly with this role for HRSD-related priorities.

This role requires deep expertise in HRSD, strong leadership in HR technology transformation, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Experience:

• 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, offshore developers, and third party vendors.
• Experience integrating HRSD with Workday HCM and working in multi-country, multi-business-unit environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events).
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations (APIs, Middleware), and HR workflows.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• This is a critical leadership role aimed at enhancing HR service delivery through HRSD innovations, integrations, and strategic execution

Qualification, ideally but not limited to:

• ServiceNow certifications (eg, Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD).
