We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead a P2P (Procure-to-Pay) transformation as part of a global ERP implementation. You will be responsible for defining and driving the program strategy, ensuring smooth finance process integration in a complex international trading environment.

• Lead and oversee the P2P finance transformation strategy within the ERP project
• Drive process alignment across global finance teams, ensuring seamless ERP integration
• Manage senior stakeholders across finance, procurement, and IT
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring successful program delivery
• Work onsite in Poznan (3 days per week) with international teams

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in finance transformation projects
• Strong P2P process expertise within an international trading environment
• Background in S/4HANA, SAP, MS AX, or similar ERP systems
• Fluent in Polish & English (mandatory)
• Retail/FMCG experience is highly desirable

• Shape a major S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in a leading organisation
• Work in a fast-paced retail/FMCG sector
• Hybrid model - 3 days onsite in Poznan, 2 remote
