Infrastructure Manager/Systems and Network Engineer

About the Role:

As part of our client's IT system modernization strategy, we are seeking an Infrastructure Manager/Systems and Network Engineer to lead implementation and support across their subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support across EMEA and Asia regions.
• Technically coordinate the group's products and services, including Servers, Firewalls, wireless systems, electrical equipment, and infrastructures.
• Manage local and international IT assets.
• Administer infrastructure components such as VMware, Fortinet, Cisco, Citrix, MS Exchange, and MSSQL.

Desired Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience with a strong affinity for both the application and technical facets of the role.
• Up-to-date expertise in the following technologies:
  • Windows Server and Windows OS
  • Active Directory
  • TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
  • SD-WAN, VPN IPSec, VPN SSL
  • Fortinet, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer
  • VMware ESXi, VMware Workstation, vMotion, vSphere
  • IP telephony systems
  • Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop
  • MS Exchange, MS SQL Database
  • VEEAM, Veritas BackupExec

Additional Information:

• The position is based in Fribourg, Switzerland.
• Frequent travel is required for deployment, support, and user training (approximately 10 days, 3 to 5 times per year).
