Akkodis is partnering with a big consultancy in Europe and they are urgenlty looking for the following profile:

Role Title: Systems Architect
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months +
Location: Remote (EU Time Zones)

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Architect to support complex, global-scale client requests. This role requires candidates with senior or lead experience, capable of designing and implementing system architectures that meet the needs of diverse and dynamic projects. The position is fully remote, with candidates expected to work in EU time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance system architectures that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system solutions align with technical and business objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams in the implementation of system designs and integrations.
• Assess and ensure the system architecture is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, providing solutions and improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies and their integration into existing systems.
• Ensure best practices are followed in system design, implementation, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Systems Architect, with expertise in designing complex systems and solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and integration patterns.
• Experience with performance tuning, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership experience, including working with cross-functional teams and guiding technical teams.
• Ability to assess, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Experience working in a remote environment, aligned with EU time zones.

Desirable:

• Experience in global-scale system architecture projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Relevant certifications in system architecture or cloud technologies.
