What you'll do:
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support to end users. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your strong communication skills will allow you to effectively diagnose issues and explain solutions in non-technical language. You will also have the opportunity to work with remote support technologies, providing timely solutions to customer problems.

• Provide initial technical support to end users
• Fix technical faults, answer queries and fulfil requests
• Assist with user rights, passwords and user accounts
• Maintain company's IT hardware, software, and services
• Escalate tickets as required to senior support staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide support both remotely and in-office
