Role: Senior or Principal Regulation Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Senior level: £45,000-£55,000, Principal level: £55,000-£65,000

Onsite working is 4 days, 1 day from home

About the Role

This position involves providing strategic analysis of regulations in global markets and delivering regular status updates.

Requirements

• BS/MS or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' R&D experience in relevant industries.
• Strong understanding of automotive regulations worldwide.
• Experience with regulation trend analysis and vehicle homologation processes.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the global automotive regulations landscape.
• Deliver regular reports on key regulation trends, particularly in Europe.
• Support the development of overseas marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating products suitable for international markets.
• Collaborate with headquarters and regional organizations involved in homologation.
• Research new standards, regulations, and market-specific requirements.
• Represent the company in the UK and potentially the EU on regulation-related matters.

• Based primarily at Birmingham Business Park.
• Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
