Your Impact

  • Design & Delivery: Oversee the creation of robust, scalable solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain a positive team culture, mentor team members, and guide their professional development.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Own and support components, anticipating and addressing technical challenges before they arise.
  • Collaboration: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and project management teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Technical Excellence: Shape the technical direction of the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation, explore new ideas, and implement modern development practices like automated testing and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Organize team sessions to exchange expertise, tackle challenges, and foster shared learning.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, set clear goals, and deliver impactful results.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in system design, architecture, and high-level coding (preferably in C# or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A knack for managing competing priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Passion for fostering professional growth, encouraging innovation, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
