Trust in Soda has partnered with an exciting Pharmaceutical client of ours to hire an experienced Senior Solution Architect with extensive Voice experience. The position will be responsible for the global design and implementation of Voice Infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro), and ensure efficient operation of the Voice & Telephony Services throughout the business.
Responsibilities:
Planning & design of technology solutions, mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the overall enterprise architectural plan.
Extensive experience working with CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.
Support the transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution.
Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.
Take ownership and run proof of concepts/Propose new solutions, liaise with vendors and define global IT infrastructure standards.
Ensure Disaster/Recovery and maintain security of systems and unauthorized access to systems.
