Fancy working for a company where IT really matters and your role actually makes a difference? My client is looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to be the tech-savvy bridge between IT and the business. This isn't just about keeping the lights on; it's about making sure their tech strategies are on point for their internal teams and clients.
What's in It for You?
A hybrid role, so you'll have the flexibility to balance office and home life.
A salary of £70,000, plus benefits like healthcare, wellness support, and a helping hand towards your future with retirement planning, insurance and assurance tools.
Loads of opportunities to grow your career, with mentoring and development programs, professional and personal training, and exposure to international teams.
A company that genuinely cares about diversity, inclusion, and making a positive impact.
A helping hand towards your future with retirement planning, insurance and assurance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Being the go-to person for IT within specific teams, especially their award-winning Practice Group. Think of yourself as the friendly face of tech, helping them articulate their needs and guiding changes effectively.
Working closely with senior leaders to make sure IT strategies align with what they need to grow and succeed.
Spotting opportunities to introduce tech solutions and explaining them in plain, non-jargon-y English (you'll basically be a tech translator!).
Supporting change management activities-making sure new tools and systems don't just get implemented but actually get used effectively.
Keeping communication flowing between IT and the rest of the business. Whether it's updates on projects or tips on using tech better, you'll be their IT cheerleader.
What They're Looking For:
At least five years of experience in an IT relationship-focused role.
A knack for balancing and prioritising multiple demands-if you've juggled change portfolios before, even better!
Proven ability to manage conflicting needs and find resolutions everyone's happy with.
Experience working with senior leadership to align IT with business strategy.
Comfortable explaining tech in a way non-techies can understand-this one's a biggie!
Bonus points if you've got BRMP or CBRM qualifications, but not essential.
Next Steps
If you're someone who loves working with people, has a real passion for IT, and wants to make a tangible impact, this could be the perfect role for you.
