Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developers with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and integrations. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
* Implement and maintain ITSM and ITOM processes on the ServiceNow platform.
* Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and third-party tools.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical documentation, and deliver high-quality solutions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
* Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and skill development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including ITSM and ITOM modules.
* Proficient in Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow Script Includes.
* Strong expertise in developing and managing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration.
* Solid understanding of database design, data modelling, and ServiceNow table structures.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
* ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
* Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management.
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
