Conexus are currently partnered with a global Big 4 Consulting firm, that are expanding their Salesforce capabilities in 2025. On that basis, we are searching for talented functional Salesforce professionals to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.

As a Senior Functional Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will analyse business processes, recommend best practices, and lead projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise in Salesforce and modules will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce platforms.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Customize Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and user interfaces to meet client-specific needs while adhering to best practices.
• Oversee data migration, ensure data quality, and establish robust data governance practices within Salesforce environments.
• Work with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other systems.
• Deliver user training sessions, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
• Stay updated with Salesforce advancements, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements to existing implementations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (eg, Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud).
• Proven track record of leading at least two full life cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including process automation, reporting, and user management.
• Ability to analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Experience working in a client-facing consultancy role, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions for diverse industries.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder, are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
