We are looking for

A skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for the Modern Digital Workplace, supporting over 30,000 employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

Outcomes of the project:

The project aims to scale up the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the organization, enabling users to work faster and smarter.

About the role:

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Unified Communication & Collaboration Area, contributing to the M365 Copilot Scale-up project. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and other teams to drive the successful implementation and adoption of M365 Copilot.

You will:

• Define the strategy and governance for M365 Copilot and SharePoint Online.
• Participate in DevOps user stories for M365 Copilot and SharePoint.
• Implement M365 Copilot and SharePoint solutions, advising on data control.
• Develop and maintain services to extend the M365 platform.
• Advise end-users on the efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools, adhering to bank guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Turning ideas into tasks and ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Maintaining project momentum, ensuring team alignment and motivation.
• Leading tasks efficiently, solving problems, and working closely with stakeholders.
• Adapting to changes and ensuring deliverables meet the required standards.

Additional activities:

• Defining clear roles and responsibilities within the test strategy.
• Coaching and aligning delivery team members in relevant aspects of testing.

Who are you?

Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft M365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot (must have).
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive configuration and optimization for team collaboration (must have).
• At least 3 years of experience with the M365 platform (must have).
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Windows concepts (must have).
• Experience with developing Azure pipelines and Scripting (PowerShell, PnP module) (nice to have).
