Source to Pay (S2P) Business Consultant - Paris, France

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Source to Pay (S2P) Business Consultant to join our Global Consumer Goods client within their S/4HANA Transformation. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of S/4HANA within their Source to Pay processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving business value across our global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of S/4HANA within the Source to Pay (S2P) function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align S2P processes with business requirements and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration of S2P modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current S2P processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and policies to streamline S2P processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage S/4HANA transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities and benefits.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the S2P transformation.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation processes to ensure data integrity within S/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor S2P performance and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of S/4HANA and new S2P processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure a smooth transition and sustained improvements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Source to Pay processes within a global consumer goods company.
• Proven track record of successfully leading S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules, and capabilities, particularly within S2P.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
