Digital Adoption Specialist

  • 3 month Contract (possible extensions)
  • January Start
  • Rome location - Travel to Rome expected
  • €500 per day (+Expenses)

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the adoption of digital collaboration platforms. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Digital Adoption Specialist to help drive the effective use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and other essential digital tools across the business

This role is crucial to ensuring the successful adoption of digital solutions, improving communication, and fostering teamwork within a global workforce. The specialist will work closely with IT leadership, providing targeted training, creating educational content, and promoting awareness to empower staff to fully integrate digital collaboration tools into their daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-media content and campaigns to raise awareness of digital collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
  • Create engaging visual content (eg, videos, graphics) to support user adoption and understanding of digital tools.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and briefings on digital collaboration tools, including post-session follow-up material.
  • Design user-friendly guides, infographics, how-to videos, and FAQs to aid users in adopting digital tools.
  • Propose and develop innovative solutions to enhance the adoption process for end users.
  • Monitor adoption rates, analyze usage data, and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the ICT Change Management team to review new ICT tools and services, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
  • Support continuous improvement by collecting user feedback and implementing effective solutions.

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience with digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Zoom.
  • Strong skills in creating visual content, including videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats.

Required Competencies

  • Change Management Expertise: Ability to drive user adoption, manage resistance to change, and apply change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.).
  • Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to analyze data trends, propose solutions, and improve tool adoption.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across a multicultural organization.
  • Content Creator: Capable of producing engaging and visually appealing content to promote digital tool adoption.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in change management or digital transformation (eg, Prosci, ITIL) are a plus.
