Operations Manager - P2P vacancy requiring profound Procurement knowledge for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Purchase To Pay Improvements and Delivery
• Drive accountability and E2E ownership including responsiveness, quality, effectiveness,
• Be responsible for Performance Management
• Review KPIs and key supplier statement recs weekly/monthly and provide governance layer
• Partner with the business work closely in regard to embed spend policy and chatbot usage
• Facilitate and act as a catalyst for change with it and transformation team along with working closely with IT and the Transformation team to deliver improvements including Arrow, one P2P system, supplier onboarding and other

Your experience/knowledge:

• Five years experience in a purchase to pay management role
• Proven Project Management experience including the ability to deliver tangible process improvements and E2E organizational change
• Strong overall IT know-how which also includes SAP
• Language skills: English fluent, German and other Swiss languages are considered an advantage

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
