Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in an Information Technology related field
5+ years' experience in software application design & development

You take ownership of aspects of project or code base You contribute to an environment of continuous improvement You support test driven development and automation initiatives You follow Fidelity standard processes and methodologies for developing high quality secure code You are experienced with Agile techniques and Jira You possess strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined and detailed procedures You can work multiple tasks simultaneously and can prioritize and balance multiple tasks Interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships with teammates. Ability to work in a matrixed environment across multiple locations and functions You adhere to development standards and coding best practices for team You share knowledge with other team members. Excellent Java skills are a must AWS & Azure skills an advantage Very good understanding of design patterns.
