On behalf of our client, an international financial service provider located in Prague, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Project Management Office - CNAPP (f/m/d) financial area Prague

Tasks:

• Serve as primary point of contact for all inquiries about the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) configuration and deployment for Azure assets (Tool: Prisma Cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings and discussions on technical topics pertinent to CNAPP's scanning of Azure assets (Agent deployments, Secure Posture Management, Platform, Workload Security).
• Support the host & container CNAPP agent deployment activities on Azure assets and providing related deployment notes or architecture documents.
• Facilitate the planning and tracking of related project activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Facilitate the creation and update of documentation, including the alignment with SMEs, stakeholders, and internal parties.
• Support in the MCP activities that might come up.

Responsibility:

• The Project Manager is responsible and fully accountable for identifying and managing the resources to successfully carry out multiple small to medium-sized, complex projects including individual systems development projects.
• Responsible and accountable for the delivery of agreed project outputs to the agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope.
• Manages and coordinates the activity of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project deliverable.
• Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated and approved according to required procedures.
• Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies and assumptions.
• Ensure the project is resourced appropriately.
• Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards.
• Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented, tracked and followed-up on.
• Ensure that the project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks and captured in agreed toolsets.
• Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement and communication.
• Manage and lead project team members.
• Ensure the project closes according to required procedures

Mandatory skills and experiences:

• Experience in Cyber Security and Information Technology.
• Knowledge of CNAPP and agent deployments.
• Experience in project planning and tracking.
• Excellent communication skills towards various stakeholder.
• Team player, highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability and flexibility.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. German is a plus.
• In general, 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple small to medium sized complex projects.
• Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions.
• Experience in developing and tracking financial business cases.
• Relevant experience working in the capital markets industry.
• Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Experienced in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members.
• Appropriate domain expertise.

• Location: Prague (50% remote work possible)
