Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and Back End developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal app performance.
• Implement robust and secure solutions adhering to client requirements.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
• Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
• Hands-on experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Expertise in using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into Android apps.
• Familiarity with modern Android development frameworks like Jetpack and Compose.
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit or Espresso.
• Knowledge of performance optimisation and debugging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools for Android application deployment.
