Role: REMOTE React Developer (Software Engineer Programmer Developer React TypeScript Redux Saga Ag-Grid Fixed Income JavaScript Node Credit Rates Bonds Agile Buy Side Asset Manager Investment Management Finance Front Office Trading Financial Services UI Front End Front End) required by our trading software client in Boston, Massachusetts. You will join a central team of 4 that is responsible for the creation and maintenance of common UI code repositories, standards, guidelines, libraries and design patterns for the company. This is a FinTech that has grown extremely quickly in the last 10 years - they are now 1000 staff and 350 engineers- and is in need of creating consistency in coding practices for the Front End/UI across all engineering teams. This will create common techniques, accelerated build times and the ability to modernize faster.

You will be a strong React, UI Front End Developer that has worked in an enterprise environment that has had comparable libraries and best practices for Front End development. You will understand their purpose and may have contributed towards creating them. You will have good React, TypeScript, Ag-Grid and Redux.

This is an environment that is modernizing rapidly. This role can be almost entirely remote. If it makes sense, you may be asked to go to the Boston office but there will be no set schedule to do this. You will need to visit the NY office in Manhattan 2-3 times a year but all expenses will be covered for this.

Salary: $120-160k + 20k Bonus + 401k
